Chatting with people on WhatsApp has now become faster and more engaging. A “Favorites” feature is being introduced to the Calls tab on Android, allowing you to jump directly to a contact group or volume favorite contacts. This section speeds up your search by enabling you to get accurate results without having to view the entire call log.

Now imagine the possibility of contacting your relatives directly. Imagine that your family is waiting for you sadly. Favorites allow you to tap the phone after starting it with one touch, so you can make a call immediately. Furthermore, this customization reduces mundane routines but returns to user-specific needs.

Here’s how it works: Inside the Calls section, you’ll choose from your favorite contacts from your contacts list. This way users will be able to superimpose their most used features on their home screen. These contacts will be highlighted in the Favorites section which gets extra space on the home screen. There will be a live demo in the coming days ready to be released, but only beta testers who currently use version 2.24.7.18 of WhatsApp can access it.

Another good news is that one of the capabilities is the possibility to set HD image quality as the default for uploaded videos! No more getting your hands and fingers dirty by repeatedly tweaking settings while you’re hungry to delete a high-resolution photo or video. This much-awaited feature is also being tested (version 2.24.7.17 for Android). Its gradual implementation for all users began on June 6, 2017.

For faster connection and lower data consumption, there is Standard quality while Heir to the Throne can only be broadcast in HD quality. You can also share images and videos using attachments apart from saving the format font. This will only happen if you are committed to quality rather than speed and data usage.

These updates reaffirm WhatsApp’s intention to ensure good usability by giving users the option to choose personalization and preferred methods of communication. Wait until the mobile app launch is announced when you can easily access these features!
