A leak recently happened to make people think more about smartphone fans who prefer the well-known Exynos processors. Samsung, as per the information, is poised to incorporate its home-made Exynos chips pretty much in all variations of the Galaxy S25 series covering the entire world. Moreover, it will showcase the promised Exynos 2500 in action.

This sinks in the background of the current lineup, the standard Galaxy S24 series of devices employs alternating Exynos and Qualcomm Snapdragon processors depending on region. It is also interesting that the rumor points out that the Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 models that appear in the leak will not be switching to Apple processors, possibly remaining on Snapdragon 8 Gen4. Besides, a testimony of MediaTek and Samsung SoCs mix in the mid-range Galaxy A line in 2025 is also expected.

However, for now, the release of those devices is still a long way ahead therefore all that remains is the unverified circulation of such news by other sources. Thus, many of the concerned goals are not answered. Does Exynos 2500 have the potential to eliminate the bottleneck in the performance gap against Snap Dragons?
With similar characteristics, the resulting situation seems to confuse consumers if Samsung is all Exynos on its S24, as the latter is an unfoldable Snapdragon device.

I wonder if this rumor indeed carries any truth or whether it is all a speculation, and, if so, how it turns out to affect us customers. For the time being, let’s keep this info in mind, but please do not forget to verify its specs with the Korean tech giant.
