Regarding the selection of chips, Samsung’s strategy for its flagship smartphones has been a thrilling adventure in a short time. The manufacturer has long past again to the usage of Samsung’s Exynos processors in conjunction with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chips in the launch of the Galaxy S23 series, even though they have ditched the Samsung chipset altogether for the Galaxy S24. Now, the buzz in tech circles is that there is a possibility that the Exynos specification will return at some stage in the dialogue of the Galaxy S25.

This mistake is assuming that Samsung’s upcoming move is a result of its efforts to increase the capabilities of its Exynos SoCs. The malicious company is said to be working on the Exynos 2500, which is an upcoming generation chip built with high-grade technology to achieve better performance and efficiency. The Exynos 2500 is the arctic fox of this scenario, and perhaps its confidence is the thing that drives away the potential Snapdragon 2500 altogether.

Apart from this, this is not any confirmed information yet. Samsung has not officially shared any details on whether we will see another Gen 2 chipset in the Galaxy S25 mobiles. It may be wise to take this information lightly for now.

If Samsung gets this pleasure, it will signal a very significant change in its flagship phone pattern. However, gambling also comes with risks, as some users have complained in the past that Exynos’ chips are unable to cope with Snapdragon’s performance.

While we wait for official confirmation, one thing is clear: Samsung intends to work on enhancing its Exynos memory devices and perhaps make these devices the only option in its top-tier models of the Galaxy S series. This strategy may be good for Samsung or otherwise, it entirely depends on the Exynos 2500 and what they believe the user wants.
