Even though the new gesture-based Recent Apps system has now or gradually started appearing in some apps like Gmail, Google has cleverly designed new ways to improve it. Still, Big Bear updates its app when it is used by a small group of Netflix viewers which is the tester group.
Tech expert Mishaal Rahman, who shared the new animation, said that the side-swipe motion, the scene disappearing to the side of the screen, has been removed from the system. On the contrary, it shifts the view towards the center making scenes come into sharper focus. Meanwhile, it will provide almost a brushed-like look. However, this is not a fundamental change.
