Beware, Pixel fans! In a move that took the world by surprise, Google a few days ago officially released the second update for April to address the cellular issues that plague the Pixel 7/7 Pro, 7a, Fold, 8 and 8 Pro. Harassing the users.

Rumor had it that the phones were not directed to actual ringing and that messages were not answered by voice calls. In this case, the associated network gremlins will be serviced by off-cycle updates.

The entire process of lift-off proves to be a bit difficult. While Verizon customers can get the update on their gadgets now, customers on Google Fi and AT&T should be patient a little longer. The small upload (about 7 MB in total) has been reduced to about 3.5 MB, making it convenient for those who are busy and short on time.

Apart from the rush of tech enthusiasts trying to manually sideload the update, others can only hope to sit patiently and wait for the update to arrive. Google has not made any specific specific launch strategy in all regions but only intends to contact affected regions and operators in a few weeks.

So, Pixel fans be on the lookout for an update notification coming soon! Hopefully, the second optical fiber cable coming in April will be the last thing you say goodbye to your network problems.

New April update.
