Imagine a dusty pile of misplaced receipts and unclear photos taking up your Google Photos’ memory space. do not fear! Google released an update last week that will make organizing your photos feel more convenient.
The update brings two major features: automatic tags, as well as, manual sorting. The moment you launch a photo of a document, Google Photos smartly recognizes it and displays a label in the corner, like “Receipt”, “Personal Data”, or something else. Clicking on a label helps you confirm your analysis or choose another category, such as “Notes”, or “Inventory Information”.
But wait, there’s more! Google Photos doesn’t assume that you have the power to classify even more categories. It follows that you’ll need to file the obscured concert photo into two separate categories: “Screenshots” and “Events.”
With this in mind, we want to specifically improve the Android and iOS versions of Google Photos, emphasizing the process of finding something you want among your digital memories. Thus, be filled with my well-arranged timeless memory!
