Do you know the situation when you need to work with the telephone app on the screen? The phone has become a mass of problems. Google may offer a solution but it’s not the most secure way the engineering team can hope for, at least not through a phone app. There are some rumors that the familiar banner bar with tabs including favorites, recent calls, and contacts may be removed.
Although this is not verified, checking into the Google Phone beta (i.e. version 128.0.625763929) suggests to the Pyunikweb folks that this could be a true sighting. In this new beta, the menu bar from the bottom goes away and a hamburger menu (those three horizontal lines) takes its place on the top left corner.
The little flag at the bottom, when you tap on it, expands to a panel that shows only voicemail and contacts options, leaving the rest of the space empty. It is one of the ironies of this era that this trend features bottom straps in contrast to the fact that larger phones feature easier one-handed operation.
The difficulties the EU is facing have raised some eyebrows. At the top of a large phone’s screen, the list menu doesn’t suggest anything. But, one thing you have to keep in mind is that this is only an exam. The Phone app may be headed for a redesign process by Google, with features that make it easier to use. Maybe there is a possibility that they may build on the menu already given before any final launch.
Will these changes be realized as soon as the day comes? Only time will tell. This is where it gets interesting as Google is moving towards making phone calls equally more convenient, especially when your device is a giant.
