Google has improved another useful feature in its password management software.

Over the last few years, Google has made great strides toward improving the capabilities of its password manager. While small in scope, this latest release promises to streamline the import function even further. Right now, it is undergoing final testing which might see updates on some of the existing features and expansion on others.

The introduction of a preview option in the process of importing is one significant change that was made. In essence, this provides users with some insights concerning their current passwords while giving them an overview of what they look like. Users are informed through a written message whether there happen to be similar passwords or how many passwords will be imported as shown in Figure 1 below.

Over these past years, we have depended on Google’s password manager and I can tell you that it works well with Chrome and Android making it convenient for my use. It is an instrument that simplifies digital safety administration.
