A long-awaited feature is quietly rolling out to Google Wallet users: The new iPhones will have the ability to import digital boarding passes into Apple’s .pkpass formatted pages. What this means is that, someday shortly, you can take individual wallet apps off the shelves and enjoy the hands-free movement of your wallets from iPhone to Android.
After a while of silence, some visitors are turning on the feature even before Google’s official announcement. The plan to launch it, the promotion of the program, the exact time of its launch, the areas in which it will be launched are unknown, but there are indications about its implementation. However, the help provided by Google is a testament to its willingness to develop cross-device digital wallet solutions that will also be available to people who use different operating systems to carry out their daily activities.
