The agonizing wait is finally over as these devices are based on Android 14 with Samsung’s most up-to-date One UI 6 interface.

The A72 in the Galaxy family is expected to get an update later this year, however, the A52 4G which is its other close battler was upgraded last week. The update brings firmware version A725FXXU6EXB3 in both the Netherlands and Belgium, which packs a triple punch: the phone gets a new security patch piece and the latest version of Android 14 and the feature-rich One UI 6.

Android 14 is also being rolled out for the Galaxy Tab A8 (2021) and the device will be upgraded accordingly. Global SM-X200 will be updated to firmware version X200XXU3DXB3 and networks 4G that accept SM-X205 will be upgraded to X205XXU3DXB3.

So, what innovative aspects do you get pending Android 14 and One UI 6? Here’s a quick glimpse:

  • Revamped Quick Panel: A new fresh look and possibly better understandable controls located in the notification area.
  • One UI 6 Font: Make your device look great with a brand new theme out of the world of system fonts.
  • Advanced widgets: Character enhancements like new camera and weather widgets put information within users’ reach.
  • Customizable Lock Screen Clock: Customize your lock screen by adding some more options like changing the clock color as per your wish.
  • Enhanced Security: Trust Samsung’s advanced native security.

Important Installation Notes:

Myriad new features are now coming to the Galaxy A72 in Holland, Belgium, and are also live for the Tab A8 (2021) models with all variants. Since any major update takes some time to complete, I just want to make sure you leave enough time for downloading and installation. Additionally, this initial look may result in some changes and decorations after installation that may take away from your battery life for a short period. Rest assured that as time goes on, it may take a few hours or days for everything to return to your normal routine.
