With the recent launch of Nothing, the new brand founded by tech expert and OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, we may see them on the platform again. They’ve already shaken things up with three phones: the latest phone (3), the phone (4), and the entry-level phone (4a). What were once mere speculations about a phone (3) release seem to be taking big steps toward reality.
Whispers tell us that the phone (3), among other things, could come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 processor, which is known for great performance in Artificial Intelligence, photography, and gaming. It is a central element of the chip which is built on the new 4nm technology and is also ultra-fast and has both performances as well as energy efficient cores as a solution. Apart from Honor and Xiaomi, there are other giants with names like Nothing and rumor has it that they are also planning to use the same SoC.
The improved quality should cause the price of this goodness to rise. The above sources mention the price which ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 (approximately $480-$540) in Indian currency. The unnamed phone (2) is priced around ₹36,999 ($444) in India, and hence, it was used as the base model for comparison.
This fact may be true not only for the USA (the starting price of the original phone (1) was $500 outside the US, $649 in Australia, and £499 in the UK) but also for the whole world (the starting price of the original phone (2) is $649 ) in the United States, in other countries it is not available for sale on the official website). As credited, the phone (3) could mean $700 to you.
Although no details have been revealed about the phone yet, it still looks like they are probably preparing to tease and build our excitement for the coming months. Similarly, if (3) has followed the schedule of past product launches, a release in July should not be surprising. Tech enthusiasts, get ready, what’s coming may not be more powerful than the average smartphone, but expect to spend a little more to do so.
